For Creators & Filmmakers

AfroShorts is building a creator-focused ecosystem for African short drama, starting with Nigeria. We work with storytellers who want to experiment with short, episodic formats and reach new audiences.

Creators retain ownership of their work. Partnership terms are transparent, collaborative, and tailored per project.

What We’re Looking For

  • Short-form drama (60 - 120 seconds per episode)
  • Romance, family conflict, marriage, class tension
  • Strong hooks and clear cliffhangers
  • Stories rooted in African realities

You don’t need a large following - strong storytelling and consistency matter more than scale.

How Partnerships Work

Early partnerships focus on discovery, development, and testing content formats with real audiences. As AfroShorts evolves, we plan to expand into original programming and deeper monetization opportunities.

This is a chance to collaborate early and help shape the future of short-form African storytelling.

Submit a Project or Get in Touch

If you have a story idea, script, or short-form concept you’d like us to review, we’d love to hear from you.
